Standard pulley

The outer diameters of MC nylon standard pulley ranges from 160mm to 1260mm. Even in semi finished products, MC nylon pulleys can be made into different sizes according to the customer request. Due to the size adaptability and Iow cost, it can be shipped in small bulk to meet the OEM requirements. A small amount of pulleys with diameter greater than 1260mm can be obtained by using the mold disc machine.

Customized pulley

We can produce MC nylon pulley of special dimensions according to customer requirements. The customers only need to provide the pulley drawings or key dimensions, including cable pulley diameter, outer diameter, slot width, hub and flange width. And we also need the bearing type to determine the appropriate pressure with center hole size.
